Oooh this one was really good, and so relatable!! Your orange theory is very interesting to me because I actually have always perceived it in terms of how much I take in, rather than "squeeze out". I left my last job and moved here to do a master's degree because I felt saturated. At my limit. I didn't look at it as having drained it dry but that definitely is food for thought (hehe)
I also love that you help OP reframe the question around what they need and not necessarily what decision to take. It's a subtle but important distinction. Your attention to detail is amazing! Looking forward to next week's letter <3
Hehe food for thought <3 and YES, you just made me realize this even more: I think the way I position the orange theory is helpful also in creating some distance between ourselves and our jobs. Helps us remember that the job is here to serve us, as much as we are here to serve it.
